Founder and CEO, Jim Moline, lives in Lakeville, MN today. Jim grew up in Duluth, MN, and has always loved to play competitive sports and games. As a kid, he enjoyed playing all different sports - hockey, baseball, football, fastpitch softball, soccer, basketball and yard games.

Jim fell in love with recreational games while spending time at his Dad's work, Bethany Crisis Shelter, and at the YMCA during the summer. Pool, foosball, ping pong. Darts playing started in college.

After college, Jim had a dream of creating the NEXT BIG REC GAME. At the time, he did not know what that would look like. But the desire was there.

On June 7, 2005, when starting his career as an agency owner with Allstate Insurance, they asked for the new trainees to write down their goals. Instead of an insurance goal, Jim wrote in the notebook, 'To develop my recreational game: patent, produce, market and sell 1 million games.'

Fast forward to 2026 and STIXX SPORTS LLC is Patent Pending and moving in the direction to bring this amazing new, easy-to-play, fast-paced table game to the masses.
